אנו עשויים לחשוף מידע גם לפי דרישת החוק או לצורך הגנה על זכויותינו המשפטיות.
7. אבטחת מידע
אנו ננקוט אמצעי זהירות ארגוניים וטכניים סבירים על מנת למנוע את האבדן, השימוש לרעה, או השינוי של הפרטים האישיים שלכם. כל התקשורת באתר מוצפנת באמצעות פרוטוקול HTTPS.
8. משך שמירת המידע
מידע אישי שנאסף באמצעות טופס יצירת הקשר נשמר עד למימוש בקשת מחיקה מצד המשתמש, או עד 24 חודשים ממועד האיסוף — המוקדם מביניהם, אלא אם נדרש אחרת על פי דין.
9. מאגר מידע
החברה מנהלת מאגר מידע לצורך ניהול פניות ולידים, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981. המאגר מנוהל בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017.
10. זכויות המשתמש לפי תיקון 13
- זכות לדעת — לקבל מידע מלא על איסוף המידע ומטרת השימוש
- זכות לגישה — לבקש ולקבל עותק של המידע שנאסף עליכם
- זכות תיקון — לבקש תיקון מידע לא מדויק
- זכות מחיקה — לבקש מחיקת מידע אישי שלכם
- זכות התנגדות — להתנגד לעיבוד המידע שלכם למטרות שיווק
11. דיוור ישיר
הודעות שיווקיות יישלחו אך ורק למשתמשים שנתנו הסכמתם המפורשת. ניתן לבטל הסכמה בכל עת על ידי לחיצה על קישור ההסרה או פנייה ישירה אלינו.
12. הגבלת גיל
האתר מיועד למשתמשים מעל גיל 18 בלבד. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מקטינים.
13. שינויים במדיניות
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו באתר.
